What a lovely place to be: Great views, surrounded by indigenous bush, many bird variaties and animals within endless views across the sugar cane fields and nearby farms. It’s a place to let your mind and soul float away in beautiful fauna and flora. After some time of relaxation in the main entry area, We had a very exciting drive with a ranger through the fields, bush and rocky steep roads at times. We saw giraffes, impalas, wildebeest, zebras, nyalas, hawks…and if you’re lucky you can also see crocodiles. Then we got ready for our braii at our camp “Eagals nest”. The camp really gave us the feeling we were living in the trees overviewing the vast scenery. And so it was nearly natural that we were welcomed by a yellow billed kite, flying directly over our heads. We even had our own private pool and that was more than necessary with 28°C that day. Heavy storms were forecasted – neverless, we were able to sit on the terrace and watch the fabulous show of thunder and lightning. ‘
A very recommendable place to be!
